Earlier this week, I was reading a blog post how companies can use Facebook Groups to engage their audience. We have recommended since the newest launch for companies to use this feature to their benefit. It saves in community development costs, uses a platform most people are familiar with and creates a closer bond to you and your brand.
It can be as simple as having a weekly session where clients/consumers can have questions answered in an open forum. You can launch new products or services. You can even handle customer service issues. Some companies are using the groups for internal collaboration of new ideas, improving processes or training.
Since the groups are closed, you can be confident that your secrets will not get out. You can set the pages to private and invitation only.
There are enormous opportunities, the only limitations are your imagination.
